Triathlon Homes is committed to providing quality services for residents.

We have a number of customer service standards which set out the kind of service we aim to deliver. You can read about them here.

To check on the quality of services we carry out audits, quality inspections and independent surveys where we get your feedback on the quality of services.

Triathlon Homes residents also receive regular information such as rent and/or service charge statements and a monthly email newsletter to keep everyone up to date.
