Maintaining our service to residents – Coronavirus

Your health and safety are our top priority. Members of our senior team are meeting daily to monitor the coronavirus situation and make plans for how we adapt our service. Here is a current update for all residents.

As of Monday 23 March, our contractors are only carrying out emergency repairs.

If you’re expecting a visit from one of our team to undertake an emergency  repair in your home, they should contact you before anyone enters your home.

The pre-appointment contact is to establish whether any additional measures need to be put in place to ensure your safety before the service is carried out.

We ask that all our residents engage with our team and help us keep our essential services running.

We will be posting any updates about our services to our website, please check back here to ensure you’re up to date.

Our reception desk is currently closed. The best way to contact us over the next few weeks is by email  moc.semohnolhtairtnull@ofni or moc.semohnolhtairtnull@sriaper or over the phone on 0333 300 2012.

Following last week’s update regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to let you know that Team East Village will be suspending its parcel collection service currently available at its reception from Tuesday 17 March.

As the reception area receives large numbers of visitors daily in a relatively small area, this is a precautionary measure in response to the ‘delay’ phase as set out by government this week, to protect residents, staff and members of the public.

The last collection day for current parcels will be Monday 16 March. We encourage residents to collect any parcels between now and Monday evening and will endeavour to contact residents who have parcels stored with us to arrange collection. After this date, if there are parcels in storage that the residents need urgently then we will arrange to deliver their parcel by appointment.

From Tuesday 17 March, couriers/delivery persons will seek to deliver parcels directly to apartments, using the intercom system to gain access to the building. If you are not at home, you will need to follow the missed deliveries procedure set by your delivery company. For anyone self-isolating you are advised to inform the delivery company who will likely knock and leave items outside the door for you to collect once the delivery person has left.

Triathlon Homes’ reception will also be closing from Tuesday 17 March until further notice. Residents who wish to meet a member of the team can make an appointment via phone or email.

At the time of writing, the Get Living Welcome Office remains open. Get Living has taken the decision to postpone organised events until further notice as another precautionary measure.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the team. Get Living residents can contact their relationship manager by emailing moc.gniviltegnull@olleh or calling 0203 701 7900 and Triathlon Homes residents should email moc.semohnolhtairtnull@ofni or call 0333 300 2012.
