At the end of 2019 we took on a new member of staff who works tirelessly, is never off sick and doesn’t take annual leave.

Introducing Milo who is a two-and-a-half-year-old Harris Hawk. Milo is currently working with us to patrol Victory Parade and selected courtyards where we’ve seen an increase in the number of pigeons. He’s proving to be a valuable member of the team.

Milo’s continued presence will hopefully stop pigeons from roosting on the buildings and make your blocks a cleaner place to live. We know that pigeons can be a nuisance and on top of the noise they make, they also damage facades of our buildings and their waste is a potential health risk. So, to ease that risk we’ve hired a bird of prey to fly around patrol the Village to improve the situation. Don’t be afraid though, he doesn’t like humans.

Please make Milo’s job easier by not feeding the pigeons and storing all food waste in secure containers provided.
