Triathlon Homes is an innovative joint venture company, which has purchased, and will own and manage 1,379 of the 2,818 homes at East Village after the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Established by housing associations, East Thames Group and Southern Housing Group, and urban development and investment company First Base, the consortium is providing affordable, high quality homes, helping ensuring a successful legacy for Stratford and the wider east London community after 2012.

Following inception of Triathlon Homes, integrated property solutions provider Lend Lease acquired a share of First Base's one-third stake in Triathlon Homes.
