Further information for shared owners and leaseholders

On Wednesday 28 of April 2016 Triathlon Homes hosted an information evening for shared owners and leaseholders. Before the event the East Village Resident’s Association (EVRA) submitted a number of resident questions from shared owners and leaseholders across East Village. These questions were answered at the event by senior members of the Triathlon Homes team, the full questions and answers document can be viewed here. The service charge document mentioned in the Q&A is available here.

We have some general advice for Leaseholders on our approach to building safety here.

If you have any questions and would like to get some independent advice about your rights as a leaseholder you can access specialist support from the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) which is there to help you. The government has allocated additional funding to LEASE to provide independent, free, initial advice to leaseholders on building safety issues to make sure they are aware of their rights and have independent support to understand the terms of their leases.
