The buildings within East Village have been designed by a number of different architects, giving each block its own personality and style. Based around courtyards, the homes will have access to shared gardens and benefit from excellent natural lighting.

Inside and out, East Village has been designed for sustainable modern living. Everything that has gone into making the place has been done with the future in mind. We have set the bar high by targeting all homes to meet the highest environmental standards. Design, construction and fittings have all been delivered to exemplary standards. Quality kitchens and bathrooms are fitted. We have incorporated the latest hi-tech features in the building design, including energy saving insulation, glazing and ventilation.

The homes have also been designed to a high standard of energy efficiency (Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4), which makes them well insulated, warm and cheaper to run. They have also been designed to the Lifetime Homes standard which means corridors and doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and can be readily adapted if residents have accessibility issues.
