Our team

Triathlon Homes consists of East Thames Group, First Base, and Southern Housing Group:

First Base is an urban development and investment company focused on transforming urban spaces and building communities. The company collaborates to create sustainable mixed use and mixed tenure local communities, and provides active fund and asset management to ensure value for money is maintained in the long term.

Southern Housing Group is one of southern England's largest housing associations; it owns and manages 25,000 homes for more than 66,000 residents. Southern Housing Group's mission is to unlock the potential of people and places.

East Thames Group is a registered social landlord and social regeneration charity with more than 13,500 homes in east London and Essex. The group also builds new homes, provides care and support and offers employment, training and community programmes. Its mission is to make a positive and lasting contribution to the neighbourhoods in which it works.

Triathlon Homes is chaired by Nick Raynsford, MP. Nick works with the Triathlon Homes management team to guide the company in contributing to the wider regeneration of the area.

The executive directors of Triathlon Homes are:

• Geoff Pearce (Group Director of Development and Asset Management, East Thames Group)
• Elliot Lipton (Managing Director, First Base)
• Dale Meredith (Development Director, Southern Housing Group)

Following inception of Triathlon Homes, integrated property solutions provider Lend Lease acquired a share of First Base's one-third stake in Triathlon Homes.
