Our partners

Triathlon Homes is working closely with Qatari Diar and Delancey, the owner of the open market homes at East Village, to ensure the long-term success of this exciting new development.

Together, we work with the Olympic Delivery Authority (the public body responsible for developing and building the new venues and infrastructure for the London 2012 Games and their legacy use), and central, regional and local government, to ensure that the Village meets the needs of Stratford and the surrounding community.

A comprehensive management strategy is being developed for the entire site, which will ensure the highest standards of service and internal and external spaces, for all East Village residents for many years to come.

Other partners include:

• Lend Lease as project manager for the design and construction of the Village on behalf of the Olympic Delivery Authority
• Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) as grant funder
• Funding partners including the European Investment Bank
• London Borough of Newham as the local authority responsible for housing allocation in their area and other local authorities
